Returns & Exchanges

Return Intructions

Please Note: If the item you received is defective and you would like to have it replaced, please follow our Exchange Instructions below. Exchanged products are exempt from restocking fees.

We can only accept returns and exchanges for purchases made through GadgetShack.com. There are many companies that sell our products. You must return your purchase directly to the company you purchased from.

Please include the following information with your return:

  1. Order number or copy of your electronic receipt (if ordered over the phone, you will not have this info).
  2. Date of purchase.
  3. Your name and phone number.
  4. Your email address.
  5. The REASON for your return.

Please bundle the cords just as they came and ship the product in the same box that it arrived in. Do not use extra packaging material.

You do not need a return authorization number. Please return your package insured using a trackable shipping service such as Fedex or UPS to the following address:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Please allow up to two weeks for your credit to be issued.

Exchange Instructions

Please Note: We can only process exchanges for products purchased through Gadgetshack.com. If you purchased your product from another supplier, you must exchange it with that supplier.

If you would like to exchange a product you purchased from GadgetShack.com for another product, you may do so within 30 days by following the exchange instructions below.

If you believe that your product is defective, please contact the manufacturer's technical support line for your product. Technical support may be able to get your product working without the need to send it back for exchange. Please click HERE for the list of manufacturer's technical support numbers for the products we carry.

Please send your package using a trackable shipping service such as Fedex or UPS to the following address:

If you are simply unhappy with your order and wish to exchange it for a different product, please specify the new product name and include your credit card number and expiration date so that we may charge/credit you the difference in cost. Exchanges beyond 30 days but within the product's warranty must be handled through the manufacturer directly.
